The Mission
We will continue to improve firm value by developing long-term relationships with civil, environmental, and geotechnical clients. These relationships will result from timely delivery of personal and professional cost-effective solutions to meet their needs. These solutions will be implemented by competent, respected, and supported employees who are challenged to excel and are rewarded for their accomplishments.

Client Interaction
Our goal is to create an organization where the client feels that we respect and care about them personally. We want the client to view us as knowledgeable, innovative, and honest. We desire to be a "user friendly" company; providing clear informative communication and quality work. We define product quality as timely, accurate, and complete work that meets the objective of the client. We define service quality as dependability, trustworthiness, and confidence in our work.

Working Environment
We aspire to create a working environment where support systems are well organized and people take pride in the quality of their work and have a variety of challenging projects. We desire the organization to foster two-way communication between employees and management. This can be done by developing relationships of trust, mutual respect, and valued opinions.

We envision management showing employees that they are valued by emphasizing and supporting continual professional development (training), employee health, employee safety, and easily accessible resources. In this environment, management provides appropriate incentives and gives employees the authority required to fulfill their responsibilities.

Company Goals
We are a fully integrated group of companies serving the civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering industries. Our goal is to remain an industry leader in West Texas as well as taking advantage of growth opportunities in the national market. We want to balance the quality of our services between outstanding technical expertise and unmatched "user friendly" delivery. Moreover, we envision investing for the future by developing and using innovative ideas and technology; and maintaining a well-trained staff.
